I'm a somatic coach, bodyworker and facilitator.


I help people heal from trauma and separation, navigate change, and take action towards what they care about.

I live on Ohlone land in Berkeley, CA and work in-person and virtually. 


My clients are engaged in personal transformation, healing inside their relationships, and growing as leaders—and we often find those paths weaving themselves together.
